The Foundry
The Foundry is a 1,700 S.F. event room located on the ground level. It has a private entrance with off street parking. We provide the space, tables and chairs for up to 80 guests, a prep kitchen for your caterer, and a few other essentials. You make the memories.

The Eddy Studio
The Eddy Studio is a 1,100 S.F. private dance studio on the second level. It boasts a historic brick wall and ten foot tall ceilings. It is bright and airy and perfect for your private party up to 40 guests. Make it a yoga retreat and connect with one of our yoga instructors for a private lesson for your party.
